Privacy Policy
Here’s the short version: anything you share through this site goes toward one purpose, scheduling and pricing your move. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to a marketing list. This policy gets revised as our practices change, so whatever’s posted here right now applies to your visit today.
What we collect
- Directly from you: your name, a phone number and email, the pickup and drop-off addresses, a target date, and any detail that shapes the plan, a pending HOA approval in Westerville, a gravel alley near German Village, an OSU home game affecting the schedule.
- Automatically, the way any website does: your browser and device type, a general location, and how you landed on this page, search engine, direct visit, or a link from elsewhere on the site, along with what you browse next.
Why we ask for it
The name, contact details, and move specifics you give us exist for one purpose: building your schedule slot and your price. None of it feeds a resale list. A short list of others ever gets a glimpse of it, covered next.
Who inside the company sees it
- Priya references it to lock in your slot and calculate price, factoring in shuttle work or winter timing where relevant
- Corbin uses it to plan dispatch and route trucks for the day
- Renata sees it only if storage becomes part of the job
- We hold records the length of time Ohio requires of household-goods carriers
Who outside the company sees it
A short list: whoever processes payment, our insurance carrier should a claim arise, and a property manager when access forms need signing off. Beyond a court order compelling more, that’s everyone. Nothing here gets handed to marketing brokers, ad platforms, or third-party resellers.
Cookies and site analytics
The analytics running on this site tracks how many people land here and which pages they open, in aggregate, without tying any of it to your name or contact info. Cookies aren’t required for the site to work; block them and the only difference you’d likely notice is a form taking an extra beat to submit.
How long records stick around
Your file stays active for the length of the move, plus however long Ohio expects household-goods carriers to hold records after that, then it gets cleared. We limit who’s able to pull up a record and keep track of where it’s stored, though no system on the internet is fully breach-proof, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Your choices
Call or email and an actual person handles it, no ticketing system:
- See what we currently have on file for you
- Fix something in your file that’s wrong
- Have your record deleted
- Opt out of future outreach
Updates to this policy
This page gets edited periodically as our practices shift and as whatever new rule Ohio or federal regulators put on the books requires. Each new version replaces the last.
