Even a phone call asking for pricing puts you under these terms, not just an actual booking. They cover this website and the household relocation, packing, and storage services our crew delivers as an insured, Ohio-registered household-goods carrier based in Columbus.
Getting a locked-in price
Priya needs both addresses, when you want to move and roughly what’s involved, plus anything worth flagging: stairs, a German Village alley, an OSU Saturday on the calendar. A phone conversation by itself secures nothing, your date is only held once our office sends written confirmation. Once that’s set, the figure holds as long as the job matches what you told us, no add-on for tolls, miles, or gas anywhere within the Columbus metro.
What we need from you before move day
- A truthful count of rooms and a warning about anything oversized or heavy
- Advance notice on narrow-street access, stairs, or items needing careful handling
- Any HOA or property-management approval that isn’t already on our radar
- Keep doorways and walkways clear at pickup and drop-off, it keeps the crew moving
Our crew and where we operate
Coverage spans Columbus and Central Ohio: Dublin, Westerville, Gahanna, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, Hilliard, and Upper Arlington, plus long hauls on I-70, I-71, and I-75. Every mover on our trucks is a permanent hire we trained ourselves, nobody’s brought on just for a single day.
If the house doesn’t match the phone description
Sometimes what’s actually at the house doesn’t line up with what was described, more furniture, tighter access, or the address turning out to be a different property altogether. When that happens, the crew pauses and confirms a revised number with you before moving anything else. Outside of that kind of mismatch, the quoted figure is final.
Valuation protection and filing a claim
The valuation tier you select sits on top of the federal baseline. Released-value coverage comes included at no charge, valued at sixty cents per pound per item. Full-value protection, if you add it, runs roughly one to three percent of your declared shipment value and includes up to $1 million in cargo coverage. Interstate claims need to be filed in writing within about nine months of delivery, a phone call won’t start that clock.
Rescheduling and holding your date
A calendar slot goes to whoever confirms first, in writing, a call alone doesn’t hold anything. If your plans change, let us know by phone or email as soon as you can, sitting on it costs someone else on our waitlist their shot at your old date. Deposits and cancellation terms vary by job, so check your actual booking paperwork rather than this page.

This site covers our services in general terms; for anything specific to your job, your written quote is what matters, since we update this page from time to time and it was never drafted to serve as a contract.
